The output flow rate of a spray bottle nozzle is one of the important technical indicators for measuring the performance of a sprayer, which directly affects the spraying efficiency, feel, application scenarios and user experience of the liquid. For many industries such as chemical, daily chemical, medical, and agricultural, the precise control of the output flow rate not only determines the spray effect, but also reflects the design level and manufacturing process of the nozzle.
Basic definition of output flow rate
The output flow rate of a spray bottle nozzle is usually measured in ml/stroke or ml/s, depending on the type of nozzle and how it is used. Common manual spray pump nozzles mostly use "stroke" to define the flow rate. For example:
Small-capacity nozzles (for perfumes and skin care products): the output flow is generally 0.12 ml/stroke to 0.30 ml/stroke
Medium-capacity nozzles (for detergents and daily chemical products): the output flow is generally 0.5 ml/stroke to 1.2 ml/stroke
Large-capacity nozzles (for agricultural sprays and industrial cleaning agents): the output flow can reach 1.5 ml/stroke to 3.5 ml/stroke
The stability, repeatability and error control range of the output flow are one of the core indicators that determine the quality of the nozzle.
Output flow standard of our nozzle products
Our company focuses on the research and development and manufacturing of high-performance spray bottle nozzles. Our products cover different series and different capacities to meet the full-scene application from fine mist spraying to large-flow injection. The output flow of each series of nozzles is as follows:
Fine atomization series
Output flow: 0.15 ml/stroke ± 5%
Application areas: essential oils, perfumes, makeup sprays, air fresheners
Advantages: atomization particle size is less than 50 microns, flow control is precise, suitable for high-end cosmetics needs
Multi-purpose household series
Output flow: 0.75 ml/stroke ± 0.05 ml
Application areas: glass cleaners, kitchen degreasers, bathroom cleaners
Advantages: medium flow output, easy operation, smooth rebound, suitable for high-frequency daily use
Agricultural and industrial nozzle series
Output flow: 2.5 ml/stroke ± 0.1 ml
Application areas: pesticide spraying, industrial solvents, surface treatment liquids
Advantages: high flow, high corrosion resistance design, with thickened pistons, suitable for long-term continuous operation
Matching logic of output flow and spray effect
The spray effect is not only related to the nozzle structure, but also directly affected by the output flow control. The smaller the output flow rate, the more uniform the atomization, but the spraying area is limited; the larger the output flow rate, the better the coverage, but the requirements for liquid pressure and rebound system are also higher. Our products use the following technical means to accurately control the flow rate and spray effect:
Customized internal channel design: adjust the nozzle flow channel diameter according to the customer's product viscosity and purpose to ensure consistent output each time;
Precision mold injection: The tolerance is controlled within the range of ±0.01 mm to ensure stable output of each batch of nozzles;
High rebound pump core system: Made of spring memory alloy, it has fast recovery, light feel, smooth spray without clogging;
Fully automatic flow detection: Each batch of products is tested by a flow machine before leaving the factory to ensure that the error does not exceed ±5%
